WEM Engineering Consultancy is a professional engineering service provider. We offer various fields of expertise in planning, structural design, construction detailed drawings or building drawing plans, materials engineering, and engineering project management. We also offer consultancy service to advise on underground services planning and installation requirements for power and telecommunication cables.
William M. Turno, the owner, is a civil engineer by profession with extensive experience in design, construction work, and underground power cable (direct-buried and utility tunnel up to 400kV) installation works. He is an ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Engineer, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by Project Management Institute (PMI).
In 2004, William began his civil engineering practice in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. He was the project engineer and part of the team who successfully completed the first bulk water project that was designed to supply potable water to Cagayan de Oro City at a rate of 100,000 cubic meters per day.
In 2007, he went to Indonesia as an engineer trainee. Subsequently, he was transferred to Singapore and was assigned as a senior engineer in the region to be involved in various projects in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Macao from the year 2008 to 2018.
He was employed in Singapore as a Project Manager to manage underground power cable supply and installation work.
